TREAT, DISCOVER, PLAY

Kinder Surprise was first created in Italy in 1972, and launched in the UK in 1974 with the slogan ‘treat, discover, play’. The product is comprised of a milk chocolate egg containing a small toy in a plastic capsule. The egg has a high milk content, 32% solids compared with 15% cocoa solids, which creates the child-friendly texture and taste. Kinder Surprise toys are designed and manufactured with safety and quality at the heart of the process – from testing and marketing to expert consultation, certification and packaging.
